The present Application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the impugned order dated 31.01.2013, passed by learned City Magistrate, Dehradun in Case No. 21 of 2012, "State Vs. Rajnesh Chandra Bhanot and Others", under Section 146(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

3. Mr. Pratrioop Pandey, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent no.1.

4. Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

5. According to the applicant and the respondent no.2, an Original Suit (OS No.346 of 2011) was filed by the applicant. A counter claim was filed in the said original suit. The original suit was decreed and the counter claim was dismissed. Two Civil Appeals (Appeal Nos. 108 of 2024 and 109 of 2024) were filed. Both the appeals were decided before the 2026:UHC:2261 Lok Adalat in the terms and conditions of the compromise, filed by the parties. Therefore, the present Application, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has become infructuous.

6. The present Application (No. 184 of 2013), filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is dismissed as infructuous.
