  JUDGMENT :

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The present intra-court appeal is directed against

an order dated 18.03.2026 passed by learned Single Judge in

WPSS No.2474 of 2016, whereby the application filed by the

appellant/writ petitioner, seeking amendment in the writ

petition, has been dismissed observing that it would result in

setting up of a new case and which has no relevance to the

issue involved in the writ petition.

3. The learned Single Judge has posted the writ

petition for final hearing on 02.04.2026.

4. At this stage, we are not inclined to examine the

validity of the order and dispose of the appeal giving liberty

to the appellant to challenge the order dated 18.03.2026

along with the final order, in the event, any appeal is filed

against the final order.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
