This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.07.2025, passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in WP (S/B) No.341 of 2023, "The Kurmanchal Nagar Sahkari Bank Ltd. vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others".

2. Mr. Aditya Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.

3. According to the petitioner, she has not been reinstated to the post of the Manager-Human Resources with all consequential benefits to date.

4. It is prima facie case of wilful disobedience of the Order dated 24.07.2025.

5. Notice is being issued to the respondent no.6-Mr. Sanjay Sah.

6. Mr. Sanjay Sah, the respondent no.6 is directed to appear before this Court through video conferencing on 21.04.2026 at 10.30 a.m. and explain why the proceedings of contempt of court should not be initiated against him.

7. Mr. Aditya Singh, Advocate has sought one week's time to take steps.
