(2) Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is identical, therefore, these are being heard and decided together by this common judgment. However, for

of 2026 alone are being considered and discussed here.

(3) According to petitioner, she was engaged as Shiksha Mitra for teaching students in Government Primary School in the year 2005. According to her, she is eligible to be given regular appointment as Assistant Teacher, however her claim is not being considered.

(4) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a Graduate with Diploma in Elementary Education and she has also qualified T.E.T., therefore there is no reason for denying regular appointment to her.

(5) Learned State Counsel submits that if what learned Counsel for the petitioner submits is true, then petitioner should have made representation to the competent authority, instead of rushing to this Court.

(6) Writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioners to make representation before the competent authority. If petitioners make representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter.
