1. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly states

that the work, in pursuance of the impugned tender notice,

has already been executed. He, therefore, does not press the

Writ Petition, but reserves liberty to avail his remedy, in

respect of any other grievance, which may be left.

2. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, as

infructuous, with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

3. All pending applications stand disposed of

accordingly.
