Impleadment Application (IA No.2 of 2026)

4. Pursuant to the order dated 16.03.2026, learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an impleadment application for impleading Tiger Steel Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as party-respondent in the present writ petition from whom the property, in-question, was purchased by the petitioner in the year 2019-20.

5. The said impleadment application is not opposed by counsel for the respondent(s) since it is formal in nature.

6. Accordingly impleadment application is allowed.

7. Let the necessary amendment be incorporated by the counsel for the petitioner, during the course of the day, by supplying amended memo of parties in the Registry.
