4. As per the order sheet dated 12.06.2024, there is a mention of a delay of 42 days, for which the Coordinate Bench had directed that objections be filed on behalf of Respondent No. 2.
5. Ever since then, no objection has been filed regarding the condonation of delay.
6. As highlighted today regarding the delay, learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 submits that there is no objection from Respondent No. 2 and that the delay may be condoned.
7. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the Delay Condonation Application is allowed.
8. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
