2. Mr. Jayvardhan Kandpal, learned S.C. for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to bring on record the letter dated 30.09.2019, whereby the Director has written the State Government to bring the petitioner- Institution on token grant, by filing a supplementary affidavit within a week.

4. If the document is filed along with a supplementary affidavit by the counsel for the petitioner, the State shall get clarification as to what action has been taken upon the recommendation made by the Director in the aforesaid letter to bring the petitioner-Institution on token grant, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the supplementary affidavit.
