Mr. A.S. Rawat, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Gaurav Kandpal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Tarun Mohan, learned Brief Holder for the respondent no.1.

2. Mr. A.S. Rawat, Senior Advocate, submitted that a writ petition (WPMS No. 244 of 2026) is pending before this Court. The case in the said writ petition is identical to the present case.

3. In the said writ petition (WPMS No. 244 of 2026), the Coordinate Bench has directed the parties to maintain status quo.

4. Mr. Tarun Mohan, Brief Holder, has sought four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

5. Notice is being issued to the respondent no. 2 and respondent no.3 Steps to be taken within a week.

6. List with the record of the Writ Petition (M/S) No.244 of 2026. Till the next date of hearing, the parties are directed to maintain status quo over the property-in-question, and, further, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners in pursuance to the impugned notice dated 16.01.2026 (annexure no.17 to the writ petition).
