3. Learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement at bar that he wants to withdraw his Vakalatnama as the petitioner is interested and ready to appear in-person in the present writ petition.

4. The prayer so made is granted.

5. The Registry is directed not to publish the name of Mr. Rajat Mittal, learned counsel for the petitioner in this case in cause list henceforth.

6. Petitioner has already moved an application to the Registrar General of this Court to permit him to appear in the matter in-person. As yet, no permission has been granted to him.

7. List this case immediately once the permission is granted by the Registrar General.
