Mr. Narendra Bali, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr.Sudhir Nailwal, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 & 2.

3. The petitioner filed a Revision [No.238 of 2024-25 (New Number 36/2025-26), "Panchayati Akhada Nirmala Nanakshahi vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others"] challenging the order dated 19.12.1995, passed by the Consolidation Officer along with an application to condone the delay.

4. On 09.07.2025, the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Haridwar stayed the operation of the order dated 19.12.1995 and directed the parties to maintain status quo.

5. Mr. Narendra Bali, Advocate submitted that on 28.02.2026, the Deputy Director of Consolidation set aside the said order dated 09.07.2025 without granting any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6. Admit.

7. Notice is being issued to the respondent no.3. Steps to be taken within three days by all the permissible modes.

8. List on 21.04.2026. Till then, both the parties are restrained to create any third party interest over the property-in- question.

9. Stay Application (IA No.1 of 2026) stands disposed of accordingly.
