3. Delay Condonation Application (IA No.3 of 2026) for condoning delay in filing counter affidavit is allowed. Counter affidavit filed by the State is taken on record.

4. Delay Condonation Application (IA No.4 of 2026) for condoning delay in filing supplementary affidavit is allowed. Supplementary affidavit filed by the State is taken on record.

5. Pursuant to order dated 24.02.2026 State was directed to file video clippings.

6. Today a Pen Drive along with supplementary affidavit has been filed by the State.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted one week's time to prepare the case and to watch the video clippings in the Pen Drive which has been supplied to him.
