2. There is no representation for the respondents. Time Extension Application (MCC No.3 of 2026)

3. Today the matter is listed on a time extension application moved by the Trial Court i.e., Civil Judge (S.D.), Nainital, seeking extension of period granted by this Court to the Trial Court for deciding Original Suit No.6 of 2022, Jahid Hussain and others Vs. Jameel Ahmad and others, vide order dated 04.10.2024.

4. This is the second time extension application moved by Trial Court.

5. Earlier three months' time was granted to the Trial Court vide order dated 07.11.2025, but still the suit could not have been concluded by Trial Court.

6. Since the time has already been extended by this Court on an application moved by the Presiding Officer dated 07.11.2025, this Court feels it improper to again extend time on the said application.

7. Hence no further time is extended.

8. Accordingly time extension application is hereby rejected.
