4. Heard on the Substitution Application (IA No.10417 of 2025), Setting Aside Abatement Application (IA No. 10418 of 2025) and Delay Condonation Application (IA No. 10419 of 2025).

5. The said applications have not been opposed by the respondents.

6. Delay is condoned.

7. Mr. Siddhartha Singh, Advocate, has sought two weeks' time to file an amended memo of cause title.

8. The respondents submitted that they do not want to file any additional counter affidavit.
