Mr. Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Tapan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and for the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.2.

3. Heard on the Delay Condonation Application (IA No. 8096 of 2025), Setting Aside Abatement Application (IA No. 8097 of 2025) and Substitution Application (IA No.8098 of 2025).

4. The said applications have not been opposed.

5. Delay is condoned.

6. Mr. Bharat Singh, Advocate, has sought ten days' time to file an amended memo of cause title.

7. Mr. Tapan Singh, Advocate, submitted that the substituted respondents do not want to file any additional counter affidavit.

8. List on 07.05.2026 for final hearing.

9. The said three Applications are disposed of accordingly.
