Mr. Ankur Sharma, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Nalin Saun, learned counsel for the Appellant.
2. As per office report dated 16.02.2026, notices have been served upon the Respondent personally indicating service sufficient. There is no representation on behalf of the Respondent.
3. Heard on the delay condonation application (IA No.1/2025).
4. The delay is of 84 days' in filing the present criminal appeal.
5. This Court finds ground for condonation of the delay is sufficient. For the reasons indicated in the delay condonation application, the same is allowed, and the delay in filing criminal appeal is hereby condoned.
6. The matter needs consideration. Trial Court Record has been received and is part of the record. Let the paper-book be prepared and supplied to the learned counsel for the parties on the payment of usual charges.
