Mr. Bhavya Pratap Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Sanpreet Singh Ajmani, learned counsel for the petitioners through video conferencing.

2. Mr. Bhavya Pratap Singh, Advocate, submitted that by impugned order dated 16.01.2026, the pension of the petitioners were stopped with immediate effect. The Coordinate Bench of this Court has stayed the effect and operation of the said impugned order dated 16.01.2026 qua the petitioners in WPSS No. 296 of 2026, "Sarjeet Singh and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others" on 04.02.2026. But, the respondent is not complying with the said Order dated 04.02.2026.

3. Mr. J.S. Bisht, learned Standing Counsel for the State. He has sought two weeks' time to get instructions in the present fresh matter.

4. Mr. Bhavya Pratap Singh, Advocate, has sought 48 hrs. time to provide copies to Mr. Jagdish Singh Bisht, Standing Counsel.

5. Time is granted.
