Mr. Hem Chandra Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Mr. Sushil Vashisth, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. According to petitioners, they are serving as daily wager in Haridwar Forest Division since last two decades. However, they are not being paid minimum of pay scale. It is further contended that Authorities have asked petitioner no. 1 not to come to work from 16.03.2026.

4. By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought a direction to the Authorities to pay minimum of pay scale, including dearness allowance.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical issue has been decided by this Court in WPSS No. 1442 of 2025, therefore, this petition also deserves to be decided in terms of the said judgment.

6. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection, if the writ petition is decided in terms of that judgment.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 02.09.2025 rendered in WPSS No. 1442 of 2025 & other connected petitions. The Competent Authority shall take decision on petitioners' representation dated 2026:UHC:1709

21.01.2026, as per law, within three weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
