(2) Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these writ petitions, therefore, these are being heard and decided by this common judgment and order. However, for brevity, facts of WPSS No. 740/2025 alone are being considered and discussed here. (3) Petitioner made representation claiming benefit of Old Pension Scheme, which is said to be pending. Representation was allegedly made on 27.11.2025. (4) Having regard to the facts of the case, writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to competent authority in UPCL to take decision on petitioner's representation, as per law, within eight weeks from the date presentation of certified copy of this order.
