3. Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 22.10.2024, whereby he was transferred from Government P.G. College, Maldevta, Dehradun to Government P.G. College, Pokhri, District Tehri Garhwal. By the same order, minor penalty of censure was also inflicted upon the petitioner.

4. Since petitioner holds a transferable post, therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned transfer order.

5. The writ petition, however, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the punishment of censure in an appropriate proceeding.
