1. Mr. R.P. Nautiyal, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Pavan Nath, learned counsel for the revisionist.

2. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned A.G.A. with Ms. Rangoli Purohit, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. The instant criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist Naveen Chandra Arya against the order convicting him for the offence punishable under Section 51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act 1972 with the sentence of three years simple imprisonment with fine of Rs. 25,000/- and in default of payment of fine, the revisionist to undergo additional simple imprisonment for four months.

4. The revision was already admitted on 17.02.2026, and, simultaneously revisionist was given liberty to surrender before the court concerned on or before 11.03.2026.

5. Today, Mr. R.P. Nautiyal, learned Senior Advocate for the revisionist informed to this Court that the revisionist surrendered on 11.03.2026 and now seeking bail.

6. Heard on the bail application IA No. 1 of 2026.

7. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the bail application.

8. Taking into consideration that the maximum sentence as awarded by the trial court is three years simple imprisonment and the revisionist was on bail during trial, this Court is of the view that the revisionist deserves for bail.

9. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case the bail application, i.e., IA No. 1 of 2026 is allowed.

10. Let the revisionist Naveen Chandra Arya be released on bail during the pendency of the instant criminal revision on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.

11. List this matter after six weeks.
