                                        Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta, C.J.

Hon'ble Subhash Upadhyay, J.

1. Mr. Abhijay Negi, Ms. Snigdha Tiwari and Mr. Ayush Pokhriyal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. B.S. Parihar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel with Mr. J.C. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. In the present Writ Petition, the petitioner had challenged the transfer order dated 26.08.2025. On 03.09.2025, a Coordinate Bench invited counter affidavit from the respondents. It appears that, at this stage, the petitioner approached the Supreme Court, by means of Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 27013/2025. The Supreme Court dismissed the SLP by order dated 22.09.2025, but granted liberty to the petitioner to pursue the pending Writ Petition, and to press for interim relief.

4. Admittedly, after filing of the Writ Petition, the order impugned dated 26.08.2025 was kept in abeyance, by order dated 06.09.2025.

5. The petitioner still feeling aggrieved thereby has filed an application seeking amendment in the Writ Petition. The Amendment Application is allowed.

6. The State/respondents are granted two weeks' time to file counter affidavit to the amended pleadings. The petitioner will have a week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

7. List this case in the week commencing 06.04.2026.
