This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:-

"(i) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned award dated 03.10.2025 (Annexure no.5 to the writ petition) which was published on Notice Board on 31.10.2025 passed by the learned Labour Court, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Adjudication Case No.47 of 2015 "Santosh Kumar Pandey vs. Employer/ factory Manager".

(ii) Issue any other or further writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

(iii) To award the cost of the petition in favor of the petitioner."

3. Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, Advocate, submitted that the present matter has been settled between the parties on 03.01.2026. Therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition.

4. The present writ petition (WPMS No.3323 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn.
