2. Mr. Jagdish Singh Bisht, learned Standing Counsel assisted by Mr. Devesh Ghildiyal, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. Mr. Srikant Purohit, District Education Officer (Secondary)/Incharge District Education Officer (Elementary) is present through video conferencing. He submitted that the gratuity and pension matter of the petitioner shall be cleared within two weeks from today.

4. Mr. Jagdish Singh Bisht, Standing Counsel submitted that the respondent no.1 could not attend the Court due to the State Legislative Assembly Session.
