4. Mr. Naitik Bhatt, Advocate is refuting the said submission of Mr. Karan Anand, Advocate.

5. Mr. Naitik Bhatt, Advocate submitted that Sagar Sarin, the son of the respondent, is an Advocate and is practicing in Dehradun.

6. Learned counsel for both the parties have sought two weeks' time to file affidavits.
