3. In compliance of the order dated 21.10.2024 respondent no.4-State has filed its affidavit along with a Delay Condonation Application (IA No.6672 of 2024) annexing all the requisite documents as required by this Court.

4. Delay in filing the affidavit is condoned and the affidavit is taken on record.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pleadings have now been concluded in the matter and he does not wish to file any rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by the respondent no.4-State.

6. Since pleadings have been completed in the matter, list this case for final hearing on 16.04.2026.
