Mr. Nirdesh Khandelwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, through video conferencing.

2. Mr. Saurav Adhikari, learned C.G.S.C. for the Union of India.

3. This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, whereby the petitioner has sought a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue and upload the Notary Certificate of the petitioner pursuant to Notification No.N-11013/2/2024- NC dated 14.03.2024, which is annexed as annexure no.2 to the writ petition.

4. On the last date, learned C.G.S.C. for the Union of India submits that that the Government of India has issued the Notary Certificate to the petitioner and he has shown his willingness to hand-over the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner if he appears before this Court today.

5. Today learned counsel for the petitioner is present before this Court, through video conferencing, but learned C.G.S.C. for the Union of India submits that the certificate of practice of Notary pursuant to the Notification No.N- 11013/2/2024-NC dated 14.03.2024 is uploaded on the website of Government of India, Notary Portal.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the said submission made by learned counsel for the respondent and further added that after uploading of the

said certificate of practice of Notary, the same has been downloaded by the petitioner from the website of Government of India, Notary Portal.

7. In such view of the matter, the writ petition has now rendered infructuous as grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

8. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
