4. Ms. Puja Banga, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondent no. 3.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India has placed, for our perusal, a communication received by him from Union of India dated 02.05.2025, according to which, the final call, for establishment of a Circuit Bench of GST Tribunal at the seat of the High Court, i.e. Nainital, has to be taken by the State Government.
6. Ms. Puja Banga, learned Brief Holder appearing on behalf of the State of Uttarakhand, states that she requires time to ascertain the steps taken by the State Government, for establishment of the Circuit Bench of GST Tribunal at Nainital.
7. As prayed, two weeks' time is granted to the learned State Counsel to complete her instructions.
