2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. Petitioner is serving as Constable in Civil Police. He was transferred vide order dated 31.08.2024 from District Uttarkashi to District Pithoragarh. Challenging his transfer, he filed this writ petition.

4. Vide order dated 30.09.2024, Coordinate Bench rejected the interim relief application with the observation that during the last 17 years of service, petitioner was given 14 minor punishments and 6 adverse entries.

5. Learned State Counsel submits that as a member of the Disciplined Force, the petitioner is expected to conduct himself in a proper manner.

6. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the transfer order, which has been made because of complaints received against the petitioner. Even otherwise also, petitioner holds a transferable post, and law is well settled that judicial interference with the transfer of a Government Order has to be minimal.

7. For the aforesaid reason, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
