Heard Mr. P. Mittal, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Abhijay Negi, learned Advocate for the appellant and Mr. I.P. Kohli, learned counsel for the State/respondent nos.1 and 2.

2. Today, correction application (IA No. 2 of 2021) is taken up. By means of the aforesaid correction application, it has been prayed that the instant correction application be allowed and the judgment and order dated 07.01.2021 passed in Second Appeal No. 03 of 2021, "Dhani Ram v. Executive Engineer, Construction Division, Public Works Department, Ukhimath, District Rudraprayag," be corrected/modified to the effect that in place of "Additional District Judge, Rudrapur," "Additional District Judge, Rudraprayag" be mentioned, and in place of "Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar," "Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Rudraprayag, District Rudraprayag" be mentioned.

3. The aforesaid correction application is formal in nature. A perusal of the order dated 07.01.2021 reveals that there has been an error in the names of the appellate court as well as the trial court.

4. In view of the above, the correction application is allowed. Instead of "Additional District Judge, Rudrapur," the words "Additional District Judge, Rudraprayag" shall be substituted, and in place of "Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar,"

the words "Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Rudraprayag, District Rudraprayag" shall be mentioned. The said order be corrected accordingly.

5. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file objections to the review application. The time so sought is granted. Let objections be filed within three weeks.
