Mr. Naitik Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned DAG for the State.

3. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order (Annexure No.7) passed on the recommendation of Patwari, whereby the caste certificate of OBC category of the petitioner has been cancelled.

4. It is contended by learned Dy.A.G. that against the cancellation of caste certificate of petitioner, he has got a forum, namely, State Level Appellate Authority provided the caste certificate is cancelled by the District Level Committee. But in the case in hand, the certificate has been cancelled on the report of Tehsildar, U.S. Nagar, therefore, the contention raised by the learned Dy.A.G. would not be attracted in this case.
