2. Mr. Kailash Chandra, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Nagesh Aggarwal, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1-4.

3. Today, the matter is listed on Modification/correction application (MCC/ 9/2026), whereby, the petitioner wants to correct judgment and decree dated 22.05.2015 referred in Para 6 of the judgment and order dated 31.10.2025 passed by this Court.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that instead of 31.01.2016, the date of judgment and decree has been transcribed as 22.05.2015 in the judgment and order dated 31.10.2025 passed by this Court, which needs to be corrected.

5. Accordingly, Modification/Correction Application (MCC/9/2026) is allowed only to the extent that in Para 6 of judgment and order dated 31.10.2025, judgment and decree dated "22.05.2015" be replaced as "31.01.2016".
