1. Sri Arvind Vashisth, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Hardik Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. C.S. Rawat, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. Mr. Shobhit Saharia, learned counsel for respondent No. 6.

4. Mr. S.S. Lingwal, leanred counsel for Kumaon University.

5. Sri Hardik Shah, Advocate, states that he has got instructions to appear on behalf of the writ petitioner. He seeks time to file his power.

6. Accordingly, list on 09.03.2026.

7. The original documents, which were provided to Mr. Pratap Singh Negi-Inspector for forensic examination in pursuance of the order dated 24.12.2025, have been returned in a sealed cover by the learned Chief Standing Counsel.

8. The sealed cover is permitted to be opened in the Court and the Bench Secretary states that it contains six numbers of papers in original. The same be kept on record.

9. Learned Chief Standing Counsel also states that the report of the forensic examination has been submitted by the CBCID before the concerned Magistrate.

10. The report of the CBCID shall also be submitted before this Court by the next date.

11. In the meantime, respondent Nos. 3 & 4 shall also file their counter-affidavit(s).
