Heard Mr. Navneet Kaushik, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Sudhir Kumar Nailwal, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1 & respondent no.4 and Mr. Sunil Chandra, learned counsel for the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.2.

2. It is not disputed between the parties that the respondent no.2 died on 21.03.2025.

3. Mr. Sunil Chandra, Advocate, appearing for the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.2 had filed an Application (IA No.4 of 2025) to direct the petitioners to substitute the proposed legal representatives of the deceased-respondent no.2.

4. The said Application was disposed of on 09.10.2025.

5. Mr. Navneet Kaushik, Advocate, has filed a Substitution Application. The said application is defective. He has sought two weeks' time to remove the defects.

6. List on 06.04.2026.

7. Interim order dated 07.06.2023 is extended till the next date of listing.
