On 19.08.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ Petition (WPMS No. 119 of 2024) was dismissed for non-prosecution. 2 Heard Mr. Reituparna Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr. Reituparna Joshi, Advocate, contended that the said Writ Petition (WPMS No. 119 of 2024) was listed on 19.08.2025, but, unfortunately, the same could not be marked by the counsel for the petitioner.

4. Having heard, in the interest of justice, the Delay Condonation Application (IA No. 4 of 2025) is allowed. The delay is condoned.

5. The Restoration Application (MCC No. 3 of 2025) is allowed. Order dated 19.08.2025 is recalled. The Writ Petition (WPMS No. 119 of 2024) is restored on its original number.

6. Notice is being issued to the respondent. Steps to be taken within three days from today.

7. List on 16.04.2026.
