3. Applicant- Ajeet Singh @ Ajju, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.05 of 2026 u/s 8/20 of the N.D.P.S. Act registered with Challani P.S. Salt, Distt. Almora, has sought his release on bail.

4. Since there is allegation of recovery of 44.930 kilograms of Ganja from the applicant, hence, counter affidavit is required in the matter.

5. Let counter affidavit be filed within two weeks.
