Mr. Dushyant Mainali, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. J.C. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the State points out that a similar order has been passed by this Court in WPMB No. 64 of 2026, dated 03.02.2026, although the work name is the same and the ground of rejection is different.

4. In that view of the matter, issue notice to respondent no. 4. Steps to be taken within five days. In addition to the normal mode of service, the petitioner is directed to serve notice through dasti by Monday.

5. Since an interim order has been passed in the aforesaid WPMB No. 64 of 2026, an identical order deserves to be passed in the present petition as well.

6. In view of the above, there shall be an interim order in terms of the orders dated 03.02.2026 passed in WPMB No. 64 of 2026 and 30.01.2026 passed in WPMB No. 58 of 2026 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

7. In the meantime, the work order shall not be issued in favour of respondent no.4.

8. List on 13.02.2026 along with WPMB No.58 of 2026.

9. Urgency application (IA No.1 of 2026) is allowed.
