2. Mr. B.C. Joshi, learned AGA for the State.

3. By means of present application under Section 528 of BNSS, applicants seeks quashing of the order dated 16.01.2026, passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar in Criminal Misc. Case No.233 of 2024, Gulafsa vs. Rajiv Sharma & others (Case Crime No.158/2023), under Sections 354, 376(2) & 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Kotwali Ranipur, District Haridwar and also seeks quashing of the entire criminal proceedings pending against the applicants in pursuance to the Criminal Misc. Case No.233/2024, Gulafsa vs. Rajiv Sharma & others.

4. Urgency application (IA No.1/2026) is allowed.

5. At this stage, issue notice to the respondent no.2.

6. On the request of counsel for the applicants, the applicants are permitted to serve respondent no. 2 through counsel in the trial court, i.e., Mr. Aklakh Ahmed, Advocate in the Haridwar Court through dasti notice.

7. Steps to be taken within four days.

8. List on 12.02.2026 just after fresh matters.

9. The stay application shall be considered on the next date fixed.
