2. Mr. V.S. Rawat, learned AGA for the State.

3. There is a case of recovery of 51.950 kg of Ganja which is commercial quantity. Thus it would require counter affidavit to be filed by the respondent.

4. Learned counsel for the State prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. In the counter affidavit, the State will duly disclose the inventory report and the arrest memo.
