Mr. Pawan Mishra, learned counsel for the Applicant.

2. Mr. J.P. Kandpal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant - Reena Chauhan, who has been accused in Case Crime/FIR No.394 of 2025, dated 21.11.2025 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC and under Section 3 of the Passport Act, 1920 and under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946, at Police Station Nehru Colony, District Dehradun. The Applicant is in jail since 21.11.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has falsely been roped in the present matter, and he is in jail since 21.11.2025.

5. Learned State Counsel has vehemently opposed the bail application of the Applicant.

6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has not made out a case for bail.

7. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed.
