It is contended by learned counsel for the respondent that in similar set of facts and for relief, a Writ Petition No.3356 of 2025 was filed by the petitioner which was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach appropriate forum by the petitioner. Therefore this second writ petition is not maintainable. 4 A copy of the said judgment and order dated 19.12.2025 has been passed on to this Court by the counsel for the respondent.

5. On perusal of the said order, the submission of the counsel for the respondent appears to be true.

6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is also of similar set of facts and relief and this second writ petition is not maintainable.

7. Accordingly writ petition stand dismissed.
