The challenge in this appeal is made to the judgment and order dated 28.11.2025, passed in MACP No.25 of 2023, Smt. Ramvati and others Vs. Bijendra Singh and Others, by the court of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/District Judge, Haridwar.

It is argued by learned counsel for the appellant that the insurance policy, which was produced, was not genuine.

Fact remains, as such, no issue was framed, and non framing of issue has never been challenged by the appellant.

Let the appellant deposit the entire amount. It shall be kept in term deposit yielding higher interest. It shall not be distributed without the orders of this Court.
