Mr. M. K. May, learned counsel for the Appellant.
2. Mr. G.C. Joshi, learned A.G.A. along with Mr. J.P. Kandpal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Today, the matter is listed for disposal of the objections to the Bail Application.
4. Objections have not been filed on behalf of the State, and learned State Counsel seeks time to file the same.
5. The present matter relates to an offence under Section 304- B of the IPC. The main allegation against the Appellant is that he caused the death of the deceased.
6. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the cause of death was an accidental incident which occurred while the deceased was in the kitchen preparing meals.
7. Learned State Counsel refutes the submissions advanced on behalf of the Appellant, contending that the same are not correct.
8. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the Appellant that the deceased had made certain statements in Bangla which were not properly interpreted.
9. Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and furnish the same to the learned counsel for the parties, as per Rules.
10. Objections, if any, be filed by the Respondent.
11. List this case on 16.03.2026.
