The challenge in this petition is made to the judgment and order dated 21.04.2025, passed in Claim Petition No.153/NB/DB/2023, Mahendra Singh and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others, by the Public Service Tribunal. By it, the impugned orders dated 25.04.2023 and 03.06.2023, have been quashed, and the petitioners have been directed to approve the same cadre structure and Grade Pay for the respondents and others in the Higher Education Department, as in the PWD, Irrigation Department and Peyjal Nigam.

Having heard, we are of the opinion that interim measures are required in this matter.

Having considered, as an interim measure, till the next date of listing, the operation of the impugned order shall remain in abeyance.
