The appellant proposes to challenge the judgment and order dated 06.02.20232, passed by the Employees' Compensation Commissioner/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bageshwar, in ECA Case No.04 of 2020, Smt. Tara Devi Vs. DLM Van Nigam Bageshwar and Others.

The appeal is delayed. The Delay Condonation Application, IA No.2 of 2024, has been filed.

Heard on the delay condonation application.

It is the case of the appellant that the department was lately informed about the award, and due to procedural formalities, delay occurred.

Since, there is no objection filed on the delay condonation application, this Court is of the view that there are good grounds to condone the delay.

The delay in preferring the appeal is condoned.

The delay condonation application is allowed.
