The applicant is in judicial custody in SST No.461 of

2023, in connection with FIR No.89of 2023, dated 10.03.2023,

under Sections 452, 376 IPC and Sections 3/4 of the Protection of

Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Kichha,

District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. It is

second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application

has already been rejected on 01.07.2024.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

record.

3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that

there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the second bail application of the applicant deserves

to be rejected.

4. The second bail application is rejected.
