1. Mr. Ayush Gaur, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Bhuwnesh Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent department/ applicant.

3. Modification application has been moved by the respondent department seeking modification of the order dated 09.01.2026 only to the extent that in place of "Managing Director", " the General Manager, (Region), FCI, Regional Office, Dehradun" who is the competent authority, be replaced to decide the representation.

4. After taking into consideration the averment as made in the modification application, order dated 09.01.2026 is modified and in place of Managing Director, the General Manager, (Region), FCI, Regional Office, Dehradun" be replaced, who will take decision on the representation in terms of order dated 09.01.2026 and since the time as stipulated in the earlier order has already expired in such view of the matter, General Manager is directed to decide the representation in terms of order dated 09.01.2026 within a month from today.

5. In view of the direction as above, modification application is disposed of.
