Mr. Bhupendra Singh Bhandari, learned counsel for the Appellant.

2. Heard on the delay condonation application (IA No.1/2026).

3. The delay is of 20 days' in filing the present criminal appeal. On the delay, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is aged about 50 years and is a heart patient, and thus, due to medical reason the delay has been caused.

4. This Court finds ground for condonation of the delay is sufficient. For the reasons indicated in the delay condonation application, the same is allowed, and the delay in filing criminal appeal is hereby condoned.

5. The matter needs consideration and for the same notices ought to be issued to the Respondent.

6. Issue notice to the Respondent. Steps to be taken within a week.

7. Let the Trial Court Record be summoned. On receipt of the TCR, let the paper-book be prepared and supplied to the learned counsel for the parties on the payment of usual charges.

8. List this matter on 30.03.2026.
