5. On the said notice it has come that petitioner has also expired on 22.11.2024, but the name of the legal representative of the petitioner has not been disclosed.

6. In such view of the matter, Tehsildar-Sitargranj is directed to trace out and supply list of legal representatives of the petitioner-Late Prayag Singh S/o Late Shri Roshan Singh, R/o Village-Bihi, Post Office-Ghidhour, Tehsil- Sitarganj.

7. List this case on 16.04.2026.

8. The said report shall be filed by the Tehsildar-Sitarganj before this Court within a period of 15 days from today.
