This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the premise that one Scheme namely Industrial Development Scheme 2017 was floated by the Union of India, in which the registration was required from MSMEs and after registration, the subsidy would be provided to the respective MSMEs for loan taken by the MSMEs for their unit under the Scheme.

5. The case of the petitioner is that petitioner submitted registration under the Scheme, but, before the petitioner could have been registered with the aforesaid Scheme, the Scheme has been dropped by the Union of India. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner is before this Court.

6. It is contended by learned counsel for petitioner that in the similar set of circumstances, petitioners in Himachal Pradesh filed bunch of writ petitions with the similar set of facts, which have been allowed by Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh and the matter up to the level of Hon'ble Apex Court went in favour of those petitioners in those writ petitions.

7. Learned C.G.S.C. for Union of India/respondent Nos.1 and 2 prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instructions in the matter.
